In today’s world, we all have access to the internet and most of us use it daily. The information available today is mind-boggling compared to 30 years ago. With the internet, we can type in a request in a search engine and instantly learn things that would have taken hours of research in the past. The vast amount of knowledge is just a few clicks away and we have grown accustomed to it. Thanks to the internet, we can read books, magazines, play games, watch TV shows, movies, listen to the radio, and make phone calls with a tiny device we can hold in one hand. It really is an amazing time and our technological advances are still growing leaps and bounds. One would think, with all the valuable knowledge available, we would all be smarter and make wiser and more educated choices than our ancestors. Sadly, that is not the case. Albert Einstein said it best a very long time ago, “The only real valuable thing is intuition”. Intuition is an ability to understand or know something immediately based on your feelings rather than facts. Not to be confused with “Institution”, like a Correctional Facility, although very valuable in its own way.
