On 01-05-2020 a tip was received that two people wanted for murder in Ohio were in the Beckley area. At approximately 7:30 PM deputies with the RCSO located the vehicle the fugitives were reported to be driving. A traffic stop was conducted on Eisenhower Drive and after a brief standoff with deputies the two suspects were taken into custody. The suspects, Dylan Secoy and Rachel Povosky, will be held in the Southern Regional Jail awaiting an extradition hearing in the Raleigh County Circuit Court.
