On 01-10-2020 the RCSO arrested Carrie Jewell of MacArthur. Jewell was wanted on a Raleigh County Circuit Court capias and she also had an active arrest warrant for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. It was discovered that Jewell was at 133 Brampton Court in MacArthur and a search warrant was obtained for that residence by Deputy J.A. Redden. Upon execution of the search warrant Jewell was found to be in possession of heroin, LSD, suboxone and 217 methylphenidate chloride pills. In addition to being arrested on the outstanding warrants Jewell was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, LSD, suboxone and methylphenidate chloride pills.
