On 02-28-2019 Eugene Douglas Kerns escaped home confinement from his residence in Beckley. Kerns was on home confinement for a felony charge of shoplifting. Kerns cut his ankle monitoring bracelet off prior to leaving his residence. Kerns is a white male, 39 years old, he is 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighs approximately 225 pounds and has blue eyes and brown hair.
