On 09-21-2017 the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office and K-9 “Leo” in cooperation with Beckley Police Department and and the Raleigh County Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force arrested William Kessler for possession of 220 doses of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance. Adrian Wayne Arthur was also arrested for possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Law enforcement officers served a search warrant at 112 Jarrell Street in Beckley where the drugs were recovered. Officers seized the 220 doses of methamphetamine with a street value of $8,800.00. Thirty pounds of marijuana was also seized with a street value of $75,000.00. An amount of Suboxone was also seized with a street value of $720.00. Four firearms were also seized from the residence.
