On 10-17-2017 the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jody Robertson for two counts of malicious wounding and two counts of attempted murder. This arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by Det. H.W. Long of an incident that occurred at Skyline Resort on 09-24-2017. The incident involved an altercation between the victims and another subject inside the bar area of Skyline Resort. Robertson became involved in the altercation that led into the parking lot of the resort. Robertson went and got into his vehicle and accelerated towards Haga and Chinn who were standing behind a wooden fence. Robertson drove through a wooden fence and then struck Haga and Chinn with the vehicle. Haga and Chinn required medical treatment for their injuries. Robertson was arraigned and received a $75,000 bond.
