On 9-5-2020 at 11:20PM, the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting at the Dollar General Store in Shady Spring. An adult male victim was found in the parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds. He was initially transported to BARH by EMS. He has since been transferred to a Charleston Hospital. The name of the victim is being withheld at this time pending family notification.
