The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office is currently attempting to locate Charles W. Smith. He was last seen by family on March 5, 2015 at Food Lion on Eisenhower Drive; however it appears as though Mr. Smith was seen by a local physician on March 16, 2015. Mr. Smith is described as a 41 year old white male with brown hair, brown eyes and weighs approximately 250lbs. Mr. Smith was last seen driving a silver 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with a license number of 2MY 449. This vehicle also has penguin on ice skates and hockey sticks displayed on the back window.
